i read the comments before i watched the video and i was honestly surprised at how much everyone is coming for the starbucks employee lmao. yeah the comment at the end about her walking past her starbucks was kinda unnecessary and she’s a little blunt with her reviews but it’s not reading to me as rude? she seems like she just doesn’t really like sweet drinks and is particular about the type of black coffee she likes, which i don’t see as a bad thing! both the dunkin employee and the starbucks employee seem like nice people that happen to have different tastes in coffee to me.

If you want to know how all the coffee (outside of filter/drip coffee) is in a place, order an espresso. For espresso is the concentrated essence of the coffee. Whatever taste is in the beans of the establishment will be magnified. And Starbucks espresso is nigh undrinkable, as it's so extremely bitter. (Meaning the beans are over-roasted.) Whereas Dunkin' espresso is relatively neutral, meaning the beans have a lighter roast. Also, espresso tends to be much cheaper at each coffee shop. So you don't feel like you've wasted your money.

Wow! The white girl! I suspect she’s a judgemental snob about everything!! That pretentious attitude is why people don’t like SBUX. Dunkin drinks are too cloying and sweet, but their basic brew is excellent when made strong enough. SBUX basic is just burnt cheap coffee. ( Truth. I talked to a Brazilian broker who sells coffee to Starbucks and he said they’re only interested in buying the cheapest crap coffee and that they over roast to hide the flavor.

I love how the former Dunkin' employee was not too biased and gave her honest opinion and even said she would come back to get one of the items again. I worked at Starbucks for five years and I can enjoy other coffee places.. I occasionally go to coffee bean too because I actually prefer the way they make some of their drinks. That girl was just hating on it for not being Starbucks and she doesn't even work there anymore lol competition is good for everyone.

To be fair, I hate dunkin coffee... it’s waayyyyyy too sweet for me. And I’m a person with a literal sugar addiction (I get migraines and irritable without high doses of daily sugar). I like some Starbucks coffees, not all, but some. Sometimes their coffee is just too strong. My fav Starbucks drink: Iced White choco mocha, blonde, with toffee nut and no whipped cream

I don't have a favorite, but I go for dunkin, because a b*tch not out here 🥲. BUT after many years of drinking coffee, im not a hot or sweet coffee drinker anymore. Light on the sugar/syrup, regular on cream and a EXTRA shot of expresso 😁☕💯🔥

Dunkin is a lot more sweet 100% but that being said the builds for Dunkin’ coffee is customizable to your taste. If you want sweeter get more! If you want a more bitter taste get less! PSA: Small builds- 2 of everything Medium builds- 3 of everything Large builds- 4 of everything XL builds- 5 of everything

Lol i worked at dunkin and Im currently working at Starbucks, I would say the best thing is most Starbucks employees are really nice and kind and since it’s all corporate it has good management. The problem with dunkin mainly is just bad management, they have decent coffee so idk why people hate one dunkin so much on its drinks
